I hav got OFC on 12th jan & CA on 20th jan . I have done graduation from USA , presently working in USA , Got H1B in March 21 and need to do first time stamping . i am eligible for interview waiver . What will be the new procedure like , I mean will they cancle OFC and convert my CA to dropbox on same date , same place . Or I need to take appointmnet again ?

It will be at the discretion of the VO to waive the interview. If they so, you should receive email communication from the consulate for further action.
