I had filed for H1B visa & i have received my receipt number as well. I want to know what are the chances that my case will be approved and i will get a visa?
Also let me know how long will it take get approval.
There is no definite deadlines for approval, as all cases are filed in normal processing. If you have presented the required documents in right manner and you have proven the your eligibility for the Visa, then your application would be approved for sure.
