My employeer has applied for h1b. they have provided the file number. But iwas trying to get that file number is for me or some one. How can i verify that file number belongs to me… It was filled on June 11, 2012. Still it is in initial review. When can i expect the status change from Initial review? It was filled in Vermont Service Center.
You can ask for I129 form. That will have the name and details of the beneficieary.
