Hello Everyone,
MyAttorney received the H1B approval notification mail last week. He forwarded the details to me. I was happy to see the mail but noticed, the consulate notified as Chennai.
I have been in UK for past 2 years in an onsite assignment and I have asked my attorney to specify my PA location as London. since Im in UK for past 2 years and willing to take up the PA here itself.
My Attorney by mistake specified the consulate as Chennai while filling, thats the reason it came as “Consulate notifieid” as Chennai in the approval mail.
Is it possible to change the consulate notified to london ? or Though it is mentioned as Chennai, Can I still go ahead for the PA in London itself ?
Please advice me. I dont want to get into issues and later getting rejected for this reason.
