I have applied H1B offshore visa transfer process, as part of this it has been referred back with RFE. The RFE states , SOW which was produced at the US Consulate has end date as August 31 2017, whereas petition is requested until January 5 2019.Now immegration service team in my company looking for “Letter of Intention(LOI) from client – with information that the contract documents are extended” from me.
Can you please share the sample letter of “LOI”. So that it will be helpful.
