Hi Saurabh, I am on L1 Visa, My visa is going to expire by AUG end, i applied for L1 extension & docs are being sent to USCIS, but awaiting for receipt, could you hel & let me know if I can stay here on basis of docs sent to USCIS or i need receipt no before my VISA end date & need to leave country…
As long as USCIS receive it before your current I-94 expiration date, you can continue to stay and work inside US for up to 240 days or L-1 denial date (whichever is earlier).
Be in touch w/ your immigration team so that they can complete the package quickly and send it w/ priority mail.
