Need help with H-1B remaining period for my case

Immigration History:

Stayed in US with L-1 B Visa from Jan 12, 2008 to Aug 28, 2010Applied for H-1 B Change of Status on Aug 25, 2010 with Employer BPost receipt started to work for H-1 B employer from Aug 31, 2010 to Oct 25, 2016Change of Status approved on Oct 22, 2010. Departed USA for Family emergency on Oct 26, 2010.Filed H-1 B Cap Exempt with Employer C, obtained H-1 B Visa stamping and arrived US on Nov 22, 2014 (after 49 months)Will i be able to use the remaining period of 5 years and 10 months of my H-1 B?

Since you stayed out of USA for more than a year, your H1B clock would have been reset. Your 6 year clock would start as of Nov 22, 2014.

Thank you so much for your response. Meanwhile response from you, i read other blogs where some mention that H1B Clock reset is only applicable for H1B Cap based filing (Fresh H1B applications filed after a break of 1 year) and not for H1B Cap Exempt. Do you have any idea?
