Need confirmation on answers to DS-160 questions

Hi,

I need help with some DS-160 questions for H1b category,

My husband is on H1 visa in US so for Spouse’s address should I mention India address or US address.

Also the intended length of stay in US = is it ok to say 3 years ,the duration for which the petition is valid.

For my child who will be on h4 visa is it ok to mention the point of contact same as mine ,ie US employer?

Spouse address should be the US address. The duration should be same as your petition validity period. Yes, you can mention point of contact as the employer or you can mention your husband (who is already in US on H-1).
