In India, many times names do not match in multiple documents because suffixes like “kumar”, “ben”, “bhai” etc. are added. Will this create an issue in H1B / H4 stamping?

name in passport is suffixed with “ben”. rest all documents do not have this suffix. Visa applied keeping the name same as in passport.
DS-160 form has a question asking if you have ever been known by a different name. There you can mention the name w/o Ben.
In US, your official name will become what’s there in the passport and visa/petition. You would have to use the same name in SSN, DL etc.
