Name difference in US legal documents and W2

Hello,

Currently I am in USA, and I have Name differences between my legal document and w2 form as follows

In all my legal documents (I-797, SSN and US DL ) my name is as follows
First Name : FNU
Last name: khan kirann

where as in my W2 - form name is as follows
First Name: kirann
Last Name: khan

And I am planing to visit India to get the visa stamping done, so will this name difference make any issue in Visa stamping?If so is there any ways to overcome this scenario?

It should not matter much. But, nevertheless, you should get that corrected on W2.
Also, my suggestion is that you should fix your FNU issue once for all and get everything sorted out. First, get the new passport and then visa stamping and then one by one fix everything. It will be more trouble for you in future. Read FNU issues and How to fix USA
