My spouse got his L1 stamping in London.He is in US now.What should i answer if the question why i didnt join with my spouse?

What was the reason for not applying it together? If you were in India, then respond that. Tell whatever the truth is. The reaosn is immaterial to the outcome of L-2 visa stamping
