Hello Experts ,
I have a question for you, but before that please note the Facts below.

My L1 and I94 expired in June 2012.I have applied for L1 extension on 25th May 2012.

At the same time I have applied for L to H conversion on 1st of June 2012.
Question1 -Would my H1 come as COS? if no would I have to leave country and restamp my visa?
Question 2 -What if my H1 visa approval comes in October would I still have to go for visa stamping?
