MY OLD PASSPORT EXPIRY WAS ON 08/25/2015- I HAVE A NEW PASSPORT NOW AND PLANNING TO TRAVEL SOON, YOU THINK I CAN TRAVEL OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND COME BACK WITH OUT ANY ISSUES OR I HAVE TO UPDATE MY I-94???

Nope i didnt renew my I-94 after that and i am still inside in the us
You should have filed for I-94 extension prior to its expiration. You are in illegal status at the moment. As you have spent more than 3 months inside US on expired I-94, you may be eligible for a 3 year ban. Talk to an attorney immediately about this situation.
