My I-94 and H1 B Visa got expired in June

Hi,

My H1 b Visa, I-94 got expired on June, And my H1 B extension got filed on May.

  1. My Visa Case ID starts with EAC, does any one have any idea when it can be proceed or what is last processed date ?

  2. Since my visa and I-94 got expired how long(months/days) I can leagally work in US ?

Kindly suggest if there is way to track things or any possible suggestion ?

Your legally allowed to stay until decision is made on your extension petition. But on worse case if it is denied, your extended period of stay is considered to be illegal.

Typically they give 10 days. This 10 days is only for settling down the things here like selling your stuff etc.
