My employer filed H1B in 2014 and I got visa for 1 year. But I never travelled to USA and my visa got expired in Dec 2015.Between 2014 and 2015 I resigned with my employer who filed H1B visa.
After few days when I check with my case status, it was saying that your case was revoked.
So I wanted to re-open the case and planned. Recently I have filed based upon previous petition in premium process under cap exemption.
But my case was held with RFE saying that your case is not eligible under cap exemption.
Could you please suggest me for the possibilities here to proceed further.
