MY husband has 2 profiles in ustraveldocs site. One is added by his company as dependent under BEP account.Now his name is removed from BEP but it not still not reflecting in the profile.What can be done here. Anyone who has 2 profiles got an error while submitting docs?
One can not have two completed profiles.
After the first profile is created, Second profile if created will not go beyond Passport Details and will get stuck there. Removing the name by employer from BEP list is not enough. Employer should contact OFC or you should contact OFC.
