My H1B Visa stamping is going to expire on Sept End 2016, After that I got new visa extention for another 3 years. Noe can I travel to India and come back to USA 1st to 5thJune. Is it ok shell i proceed. Ples confirm.
You can travel outside of US and return on current visa and petition as long as the same has not expired.
Once you return, ask your employer to file an extension for you. If they file extension before you leave for India, then that would not be helpful as I-94 would get closed on leaving US. So they should file extension only after you return to US.
