My H1b Visa extension may be denial?

Hi All,

My H1B visa got expired on Sep 30 2016.They are going to filed for my visa extension in india .I have not travelled to Usa once

Any possiblility for my visa rejection ?

Any petition can end up in denial. However, I don’t think yours will be impacted by the fact that the visa has expired.

Thanks Saurabh. one doubt is currently my company doesn’t have any onsite opportunity. if so in they will be question on my visa extension(H1b)

Your employer will have to handle that part. They can show that there is a possibility of onsite opening and hence the extension to remain ready.
