Hi,
My husband is working on H1B visa and the same is expiring on sep 15, 2012. His company is handling the extension procedure and the same will take 3 to 5 months as per their update.
He came to USA in 2006 on an L1 visa and in 2011, his company converted the L1 to H1B visa.
Meanwhile, my Mother in law is planning to visit us in July 2012 for 2 months on a visitors visa. My question is if she will face any problem at the immigration in India or USA because of my husbands visa status.
