My H1B petition still showing as "Case was received"

My H1B petition still showing “Case Was Received” from past 1 1/2 months. it will showing the status as On April 11, 2016, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WAC-XX-XXX–XXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 11, 2016.When can i expect some update like status as approved or any other.

Can anybody answer my question.

Everyone gets the next step at different time. Some have already received it, while others can see it anytime from Monday to next few months.
