My H1b Petition expires on SEP-30 2013, and I have not yet travelled to US.

Hi Saurabh,

My H1B petition expires on SEP-30th 2013, and due to some delay I was not able to travel to US my, stamping has been completed. I have a few questions, please answer them.



1. Can I apply for extension staying in India, 6 months or 3 months before the expiry of my petiton.



2. Can I travell to US , one or two months before the expiry of my petition and apply for extension from  US.



3. Can I travell to US in July or August or September , even though my Visa will be expiring by SEPTEMBER-30th 2013.
