My H1B extension petition is withdrawn, what are my options ?

Hi, My H1B visa has expired on 31st apr 14, in feb 14 my employer applied to extension. Due to some urgent work in india I travelled back home on may 1st week (My petition was still under processing). Since I came back to india my employer withdrawn my petition.

  1. What are my options now?

  2. Do I need to apply for completely fresh visa or my old petition/I94 can still be extended?
