My H1b file got selected and had an RFE and got denied Nov 4th. As per the RFE we submitted RFE Response answering all the questions by my employer/attorney. I have gone thru my RFE & i am satisfied with the response, But still got denied. What could be reason for this? I have travelled to Middle East in the past 5 years.
What were the queries/documents asked in your RFE, if you can give some high level information(not personal).
What quota you were in? Your qualification?
If you, your employer or your attorney has good reasons to believe that it was denied in error, then file MTR/appeal to re-open and review the case.
