Hi Sir,
I got H1b visa filed through one of the company/consulting firms in US in year Sep 2007 & valid till Sep 2010.
Travelled US once on that Visa & came back to India within 9 months due some urgent family reasons and never went back again.
My query is:-
- Is it possible to get the same H1b petition renewed this year 2014 or have to file new petition.
- If it can be renewed can the same employer or can I change the employer to do it again.
- Am I eligible for cap excempt .
- If no, are there any consulting firm who file new H1b applications for indivuals.
Request you to please provide me some inputs regarding my issue.
