Its a fresh petition. I’m in India now, can i go for stamping in next two weeks and travel to US before 1st Oct 2013 once i got stamped. Please let me what is the right time to go for stamping after getting petition approved.
You cannot enter USA before Sep 21st 2013, i.e. 10 days before you can start to work here in USA. The first time H1b visa authorizes you to start working only from Oct 1st 2013 not anytime before that.
How is your petition approved so fast?? I don’t even have lottery results yet…
In addition, you can go for stamping at most 90 days prior to H-1 start date, which means after July 1.
