Iam currently in USA on h4 visa and my h1b is approved and effective from 1st oct 2014 and I haven’t started working with my employer and due to some silly ego problem my employer said that he has sent my h1b termination notice to uscis, can i transfer my h1b to another employer ? Please suggest me.
You can transfer without problems.
