my eligibility for F1 visa with my profile

i am aditya pursuing my btech final year. i am planning to apply for fall 2014
i have certain doubts which i request anyone to help me with

b.tech GPA- 68%(3 backlogs in first year and cleared it in frst attempt)
GRE-326

TOEFL- 102

do my backlogs make my visa chances less even if i hav a good GRE score?
and the thing is my brother has a H1-B visa and he is staying there in US from 5 years.

will any of these reasons make my visa chances less?
please help me with my confusion

@Aditya: I think you should be fine. I am in US and my sister went for her f1 visa interview recently with almost the same profile and it was approved. The interview lasted only for 2 minutes.

All you can do is to prepare for questions which might be asked in the visa interview.
