I have a masters degree and my company applied for H1 B this year in April,2019. The attorney has not received a receipt number or the petition. What are the chances for my H1B being picked in the lottery?
I would very low or close to none…it would be an exception, if you get something…the reason is that data entry was complete long time ago and mails were sent out, you should have got something few weeks back…You can wait for the reject package to be sure…plan for backups.
