I got 2 Contract Jobs from 2 cosulting companies, both of them started my H1 application, I did not Join either of them, can I go for 2 H1b applications from both the companies or do i need to select only 1 and cancel the other offer? please help me asap

Yes, you can ask both to file for you. But you’ll have to pick one if both get selected. So think of how you will answer the other and consequences if any.
