If two employers (say company A and company B) applied H1B for a candidate. And, if only one (say company B) is successful in lottery.
Then, what happens to visa fees paid by company A? Will UCSIS returns visa fees to company A?

If they are duplicate petitions filed by the same employer, it will be disqualified and you will not be getting any refunds.
If two different employers apply for you H1B then one should be refunded.
