I am planning to go to India for H1B stamping next month. This would be my 3rd H1 stamping (7th year on H1B starting sept 30th). Last time (Aug 2011) at Delhi consulate when I went for visa interview, I recevied pink slip. After 5 weeks I recieved the visa with “Clearance Received” annotation. My question is, what are the chances of getting 221g again this time? I work for an Electronic Medical Records company.
Does anyone know of cases where 221g was issued second time or people who received it 1st time didn’t get it next time?
Any information would be helpful
221g is a devil and no one can predict it’s move. So just don’t think about this but make sure you have all the documents.
