H1b petition filed in April 15 was selected in lottery. This information was passed to me by my American employer through mail dt. 30/04/15. During September 15, I was informed by the said employer that RFE has been issued in my case. During February 16, I received information from the said company that RFE has been denied, they filed MTR.
Two days before I received information from the said employer that MTR has been denied by USICS & they are not going to file any further appeal.
I want to know from you whether I can file the appeal any further without involvement of my employer.
Can anybody answer my question
