MS after BE E&I and 4 years experience in Oil industry

Hi,

My position is somewhat odd and unique.

I have completed BE - Electronics and Instrumentation CGPA 8.8/10 in 2009

[Madras Institute of Technology Anna University]

Now I have been working as Executive Engineer - Instrumentation in Oil and Gas Production Installation

[4.5 years experience in ONGC Mumbai Offshore]

My GRE score is 313 [151 verbal + 162 quants] AW result awaited

TOEFL yet to give

Now, I dont want to limit myself to Electrical Engineering.

Can I pursue MS Computer Engineering or MIS? What are the prerequisites?

If so, will my experience be counted?
