I am working at location X for company C. I am moving internally to location Y.
Got my LCA for new location and they are going to file H1 amendment soon. I do not have a start date at the new location officially and the company will give me one after I receive the receipt.
I have booked an apartment in Y. Can I physically move in and work from home for location X until I get my receipt at which point I will get an official start date at location Y?
