I filed H4-EAD but then had to travel to India. USCIS has rejected H4-EAD application and suggested to file Motion to Reopen / Reconsider with correct & proper documentation.
I wanted to check if we can file Motion to Reopen / Reconsider from India after after H4 EAD Rejection.
