I am planning to join a college which is nearby my home. Here I am planning to take up MS - Informationyete Systems and later want to transfer to a college after I get my F1 visa. I was browsing through the courses in the second university and my preference is to take up MBA there.

  1. Is this possible.

  2. Is it possible to get CPT in MBA like it is in MS.

  1. Typically, you can transfer only certain number of credits as it is graduate program. So, when you take courses, take the ones that are common or close to the courses in new program.
  2. Yes. To avail this, you typically need the department approval ( which is usual, nothing new )
