May 13 the last date for H1B Lottery result

I have been reading that in or around May 13 last notification will be out for RP/RD applications. So is it reasonable to say that if the cheque’s gets cashed within this week it means that the application is selected in the lottery and the receipt will come by May 13. Or is the date by when cheque should be cashed is May 13?

cheque will be cashed is May 13. Some even says May 23.so keep June 2015 as first last date, strictly speaking no surprise if you hear even in Sep/2015
