I was in USA on L1b visa from October 2012 to September 2015.
I switched employers after going back to Inida. I applied for H1b in Aptil 2016 and came back to USA in February 2017. My H1b visa expires in August 2019.
My question is can I get an extension of 3 years on H1b after my visa expires in August 2019 ? This is without green card / I-140 case.
