I have consulted many consultancies for h1b filing and most of them say that out of the 80 h1b’s filed by their company, 6 or 7 dint get selected and remaining all selected. IS this true?
All the desi consultancies i spoke to have branches at usa.
That Depends on luck, can’t say. Last year about 1,24,000 petitions filed and 85,000 were picked, it was about 68.5%.
Can you name a few genuine ones please.I contacted some but they said there slots have already been filled. I have to apply this year only.Many thanks!
