Please monitor the new US administration policy announcements before selecting a sponsor company. If Mr. Jeff Sessions gets confirmed as new attorney general, then keep track of what his policy regarding H1B seems to be. This will prevent you from believing any false promises that a sponsor company might make which does not match with new US rules regarding H1B.
