Hi,
My H3 has been pending under admistrative processing (221g) from past 11 months. I am leaving the company which filed my petition so want to withdraw the complete application. I have been following up with the consulate to close my case but they are saying we cant close untill adminstrative processing is complete. I have told them many times that I dont need this VISA please close my case but they are not.
Please advise what should I do close my case.
