When my LCA was 2 years old and minimum salary was mentioned in it, but now as per the new wages in my areas are revised and increased but I am getting paid with old lca rates. What are the rules around this situation is it mandetory to pay for employer on latest rates? And what are the options if employer denies to update the lca with new weges.
From immigration perspective, employer is not breaking laws by paying as per old LCA. Having said that, a good employer would increase the salary every year to give you the market rates.
You can negotiate the salary with him but I don’t think there is any legal action that you can take if he doesn’t increase the salary.
