LCA statuses

So all the websites including RedBus2US have these LCA filed each year and its statuses etc.

Though I know the literal meaning of the status I still wanted to know understand the scenario when that status is reached

Certified - I guess this means the LCA was filed successfully. This is clear.

Withdrawn - This means the employer withdrew the LCA before it got approved? Why and when would an employer do so?

Certified-Withdrawn - This means the employer withdrew after LCA was certified - Again,. Why and when would an employer do so?

Denied - DOL denied the LCA application? What is the meaning of this, What can an employer do after this?

Certified Withdrawn and Withdrawn - This can happen if the employer no longer wants to offer you the job.

Denied - Most common reasons as wrong job code, incorrect prevailing wages. Employer can file another LCA after it has been denied.
