My LCA was filed on 7th June. So I am hoping that my employer will be able to file my H1B this week around 14th / 15th June. I know it is a very close call. But anoyone knows what is lottery ? Becasue I came across this word in many posts below. people say that if USCIS reaches allowed cap number then they will go for lottery. May be I am interpreting it in wrong way but can onyone explain me more abou this?
