LCA denied , Visa still valid ?

Hello RedBus2US,

Few weeks back, my new LCA (X) got rejected due to few reasons explained to me by HR.

Now Employer trying to submit another LCA (Y) for another client.

Is my work visa still valid ? how many LCA can be applied if once is denied or pending ?

not travelled US with existing LCA.

Do you mean to say , your Amendment denied with new LCA (X)?

Visa may be valid for approved conditions, check with your Company also for confirming this.

Your visa was approved based on original LCA and petition and is still valid to be used. However, it has to be in conjunction w/ an approved LCA and petition. In other words, you can use it to travel to only original LCA location at the moment.
