I am in India.My h1B is till sep 30 2014 with LCA for Miami FL.MY employer applied for LCA for Montvale NJ but it got cancelled with the details as below ,Please advise IF I can apoply again with other details.
Due to change in OES wages since 1st July associates proposed position is under the occupation classification of computrer programmer.As such the associate is not eleigible for Montvale NJ.
