My employer is planning to file the labour today ie 22 march. Looking at the USCIS report regarding cap filling in first week, does it make any sense applying the labour now since I dnt guess there is any chance of being able to apply the visa begore 1 april.
please advise!!
LCA usually gets approved within 7 days. So your employer might have planned accordingly.
My employer filed LCA on 21 march…and when I asked about time line they said it would be 10 days considering posting up. Not sure if i need to wait for 10 days of LCA posting before filing petition. Do you have any idea how it works?
