Hi,I got an RFE for my H1B Amendment - work location change application. Could not get the signed contract document from client within the time, in order to respond to RFE. Is it possible for employer to withdraw at this stage without responding for RFE? Any implications with it?Once withdrawn, can i go back to previously approved location and work from there. will i face any issues when i go for stamping?.Please advise.Thanks in advance.
Your previously approved petition is not impacted by amendment withdrawal. You can go and work at the old location.
