Please help me. I was working for my company since nov. 2011, and my h1b kicked in on oct 1, 2012. Now i got laid off and i am planning to return to india(my out of status time will be around 20 days - as i need to sell my car etc). my employer said that he will call me back in january when the contract gets renewed. Will I face any problems for the H1b stamping ? Will they ask for paystubs at the counsulate ?
