Here is my status
L1B Visa stamp expired in Feb 2013
L1B extension case approve in USA with new I94 received until 2015 for both my wife and myself
My wife want to visit India in Aug 2013 with my child while I am in US .
Question 1: Is there any risk of her Visa rejection while I am in US with an approved L1 extension?
Question 2 : Are there any chances of my VISA rejection even if my extension was approved here in USA?
